Overview:

In this role you will be responsible for:
  • Designing and conducting standard and customised products/services to clients and other employees
  • The implementation and maintenance of client specific reports using Qlikview and SQL as the delivery platforms
  • Liaising with clients around data collection and possible issues in the data that was supplied
  • The integration of data into standard production, on a monthly basis
  • The guidance and support to internal staff and clients on a daily basis, as well as on specific offerings and country specific market dynamics
  • Working with the account managers to support the definition and implementation of client service best practice
  • Reviewing client data requirements with the relevant account managers and ensures that it is feasible to meet the customer’s needs, as well as ensuring that delivery occurs as committed
  • Researching, analysing, responding and resolving complex client queries directly or through the account managers
  • Using your specialist knowledge to support the account teams in meeting client needs either through the account managers or directly with the customer
  • Working closely with the different teams in design and implementation of new offerings.

Skills Required:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent, or a minimum of 2 years industry experience
  • SQL server 2005/2008/2012 experience essential (1 years +)
  • Intermediate QlikView development experience preferred but not essential (2 years +)
  • C# development experience preferred but not essential
  • Ability to assimilate knowledge of specific services or market conditions and a general understanding of other areas including local data, systems and production processes
  • High competency and interest in data analytics
  • Analytical and strong at problem solving/analysis with attention for detail
  • Dedicated proactive approach towards driving client satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels within the company and their customers
  • Strong team player and able to collaborate at all levels but also able to work under own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to interpret and present complex concepts
  • Proactive and accountable with the aim to always drive positive client satisfaction
  • Priority and project management skills
  • Proficient in PC applications: MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word essential
